If you are
unhappy with the product(s) you ordered, please notify us within 30
days of your order date by calling 207-797-0546 or emailing
Orders@ShopMaine.com. We will then give you instructions on
how to return the product. All returned products must
be in saleable condition for refund to be issued. All refunds
are pending until final inspection of product is complete. If
your return is denied upon receipt, we will ship the product back
to you at your cost.
If the
product was damaged in shipment or defective we will cover
shipping costs to return the item.
If the customer is returning a product because
he/she has changed their mind, they will be responsible for all
shipping charges. A credit will only be issued for the item
and not for the total of the sale.
If the
customer needs to exchange an item, they will be responsible for
the shipping cost to return the original item.
The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the
exchanged item back to them.
A 15%
restocking fee will apply to all returned or exchanged
items. This fee will be deducted from the refund
total.
Orders for personalized items can not be returned or
canceled.

We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please provide us
with the exact statement billing address for the credit
card you use. Incorrect information may cause a delay in
processing your order. Your credit card will be charged as
each item is accepted.

use your mailing address or your email address unless you ask us to
(i.e. - you ask us to advise you of product availability). And
we'll never give away or sell our shoppers list to

Once you place your order,
we will email you a confirmation which will include order details
and total, including shipping charges. This
confirmation is only a copy of the order
placed. This does not signify acceptance of the order or a
promise to ship. Once the order is accepted by the vendor,
an order acceptance email will be sent to you. This
email will include the ship date and number of days in
transit.
Item availability and
pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to
decline an order for any reason.

We reserve
the right to change the method of shipment to meet shoppers'
expected delivery date, and will advise by email at order
confirmation. Perishable and high value products must be signed for
at the moment of delivery by the addressee or designated
representative of addressee. If delivery cannot be effected by the
shipper for shipments requiring a signature at delivery a surcharge
situation may arise. Certain products can only be shipped by the
shipper designated for that product.

Not all
products can be shipped to every country. Some products are
limited to USA only. Shoppers will be advised by email, on a case
by case basis, if such a problem arises.

Some of the
products we offer have constraints on their availability for
reasons we cannot control. Some examples are: harvesting season,
Mother Nature, raw material availability, and so on. We
promise that orders will be filled on a first ordered, first
shipped basis when/if supplies are available. We further promise to
advise promptly all shoppers who placed orders the moment supplies
have been exhausted leaving their order unfulfilled for the current
"available to ship" period.

We can only ship
perishable products on the condition that the addressee be at the
"ship to" address to sign for the shipment. We will not waive this
requirement; it is a condition of such an order being placed with
us. If the shipper, almost always Fedex in such cases, cannot
effect a signed-for delivery on the appointed day, the shipper will
return the perishable products shipment to us immediately, and will
charge us for the return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned
goods, the buyer will be charged for the full amount of the
shipment, both the order amount and the out-bound shipping charges
plus the return shipping charges. We can not ever be in the
position of allowing perishable products to stand in jeopardy of
being delivered in less than fresh and viable
condition.
If an incorrect ship-to
address is provided and FEDEX has to impose a fee to correct the
address, this fee will be passed on to the customer. We can
not be responsible for the addresses that are provided to
us being incorrect.
