IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR BALSAM PRODUCTS

Daily shipping on balsam products will begin November 26^th, 2007. If you require a ship date earlier than November 26^th, please notify us.

Orders placed after November 25^th will be shipped on a 1st in 1st out basis. If a arrival date is requested at this point we will do everything possible to honor it.

Most orders are processed and shipped in 3 days or less.Important Note: Orders placed from November 26^th to December 7^th may require up to 5 days for processing.

It is best to place your order as soon as possible so it can be processed and shipped without delay!

Arrival date defined:

Arrival date is the estimated date the product will arrive at the recipients address. Arrival dates cannot be guaranteed using ground service! If your order MUST arrive on a specific day, please select Overnight or 2DAY service.
We have NO control over the date your product will arrive unless upgraded shipping is selected. We ship based on the UPS chart provided below; however, during the holiday season ground service may take a day or two longer. Once the product leaves our facility we have no control over the time in transit.

We do not guarantee the arrival of a product on a specific date unless you pay for an upgraded shipping service. Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays as transit days. Time in transit also does not include day of pickup.

2. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. Include the recipient’s phone number to help insure timely delivery.

4. Daily shipping begins Monday, November 26^th. Orders will be processed using the first in, first out method.

5. We ship Monday-Friday and UPS delivers Monday-Friday.

6. Most orders are processed in 2-3 business days; however, it may take up to 5 business days between November 26^th and December 7^th.

7. Arrival dates can not be guaranteed using ground service. For guaranteed delivery, please select an upgraded service.
